From a hairline foundation crack to a fully flooded crawl space, Halo Water Proofing has handled it in Leon before. We show up, we diagnose it straight, and we fix it right.
Halo Water Proofing started as a small VA crew and grew because Leon customers kept referring us to neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't send apprentices to figure it out on your dime. Every Leon job is run by a technician who has done this exact repair dozens of times, with a supervisor who signs off before we call it finished.
One call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment window — not a call-back promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Leon customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
If the basement smells damp even when it looks dry, moisture is likely moving through the walls or floor somewhere.
Stair-step cracks in block foundations are a common early warning sign we see across Leon-area homes.
Efflorescence is a clear sign that water is actively passing through your Leon foundation wall, even if you've never seen standing water.
If your pump is running around the clock instead of only during storms, it's worth having it evaluated before it fails completely.
This is one sign we tell Leon customers not to wait on — wall movement tends to progress rather than resolve on its own.
Peeling paint low on a basement wall or warped baseboards upstairs often trace back to moisture migrating up from below.
From an emergency pump swap at 2 a.m. to a full exterior drainage system, this is the work we do in Leon every day.
Storm season in Leon, VA means our emergency line gets busy fast — we triage calls by severity so active flooding at your Leon address jumps the queue ahead of routine inspections.
Call for Emergency Service →A cracked foundation wall isn't just a cosmetic issue — it's a water entry point and, over time, a structural one. Our Leon crews assess whether it's a simple seal or a sign of bigger settlement issues before recommending a fix.
Get a Crack Assessment →Already have a sump pump that's failing or too small for your Leon lot? We'll test it, tell you honestly whether it needs replacing, and size the new one to your actual water volume — not the cheapest unit on the truck.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →Some Leon lots need both an interior and exterior system working together — we'll tell you honestly if that's the case rather than selling just one.
Ask About Drain Systems →Older Leon homes with vented crawl spaces are especially prone to seasonal moisture swings — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial properties in Leon carry bigger stakes when water gets in: inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial jobs with the same crew leads who run our residential work, backed by written specs and timelines.
